Intervention is a carefully constructed process that is directed by an intervention professional specific to the needs of your loved one. It is not a one size fits all approach when navigating addiction and mental health needs. We begin with an addiction and mental health assessment to determine the need for intervention. There are multiple modalities to be considered when planning for an intervention. We will request, review, and discuss family history and client safety providing clear recommendations to move forward. We will formulate a collaborative plan and timeline for intervention and roles for family members involved.
Intervention is a solution based process to encourage and provide a path forward for the client. We value rapport and direct communication in guiding the families we work with to a healthy family system.
Care Management provides continuity of care and alignment of all parties involved to advance an individual towards specific measurable goals. We believe connection and alignment with mental health and addiction clinicians and doctors is crucial. Our process contributes comprehensive action steps tailored to each client we engage. Information gathering and care placement includes detox, stabilization, residential, aftercare, independent providers, to prepare for healthy individual autonomy and community integration. Collaboration with clinical and medical teams to work alongside families is a crucial part of our strategy. Consistent scheduled meetings with providers, family, and client to ensure alignment and goal oriented accomplishment.
We guide a restorative process with the families and clients we work with driven by effective communication and creative direction. Accountability through drug testing, recovery meetings, coaching sessions, client redirection and engagement, are often part of the Care Management process.
Coaching is a great tool for someone returning home from treatment or who may have previous treatment experiences and has come off a brief relapse. Coaching can also be an integral component in gaining trust (especially in cases of significant mental health) for recovery redirection. The purpose of coaching is to help an individual apply the education received in treatment to build a fulfilling, happy life. We work directly with our clients to engage in new experiences involving the outdoors during coaching sessions.
Coaching is systemized communication with our team and the client. Goal setting, monitoring, individual health, accountability, following clinical recommendations, all promote self confidence with clients. We believe in connecting our clients with healthy outdoor activities and experiences. Our goal is to help clients accomplish things previously thought impossible, yielding a recovery identity.
Companion and Safe Passage can be a key factor for pretreatment services, stabilization, transition between levels of care, or can be used to help facilitate community integration. Our assessment will help inform a safety plan identifying case intricacies that indicate necessity for companion support. Companions are trained professionals selected specifically for each client based on personality, life experience, and rapport building opportunity.
Companions can be used for short or longer term support in conjunction with clinical providers. Companion support plans are tailored specifically to a client's needs and safety. Safety is paramount with all clients we work with, please inquire about integrating companion support with your loved one.
